1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of gadgets with the Gdańsk University of Technology logo for organizational units of Gdańsk University of Technology, in accordance with the Contractor's offer, the price and subject form, and the Ordering Party's designs and visualizations. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix 1 to the ToR. 3. The Contractor is obligated to complete the order under the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix 7A to the ToR. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. 5. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor. 6. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order that it intends to entrust to subcontractors, as well as the names of any potential subcontractors, if already known. 7. The Ordering Party does not anticipate exercising this option. 8. The quantities indicated in the price and subject form are estimates and the Ordering Party is not obligated to complete them in full, and the Contractor is not entitled to any financial claims or compensation in this respect. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor the execution of deliveries worth no less than 40% of the value indicated in § 4 section 1 of the contract. | 1.
