The subject of the order is the delivery of a ticket distribution and control system with validators for current diesel and CNG buses and electric buses, in particular: 1) delivery, installation and commissioning of a ticket distribution and control system, which includes: a) Central System, b) SKK Passenger Service and Personalization Point, c) SKK e-ticket purchase points, d) Online Passenger Portal, e) SKK cards, f) Three-function validators in buses, g) Ticket control, h) E-ticket warehouse - optional (equipping the system with an e-warehouse will be rewarded when evaluating submitted offers) 2) conducting training for people indicated by the Suwałki public transport operator, 3) providing full design, technical, service, quality and operational documentation of all devices and installations delivered and installed under the order, providing an open system, with the possibility of integration with the Suwałki Resident Card system for entering collective data, such as group entitlements to discounts. purchased tickets by authorized persons. 4) provision of maintenance, support, and service for the delivered system and service for the delivered devices. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the ToR. 3. As part of the project's information and promotional activities, the Contractor is required to place stickers inside and outside each bus in accordance with the Information and Promotion Manual for Applicants and Beneficiaries of European Funds for 2021-2027. 4. The contract concerns a project financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 Programme.
