Poland – Installation services of electricity distribution and control equipment – Wymiana ARST oraz sterowników stacyjnych SSiN w stacji 220/110 kV Blachownia

1) The subject of the order is the delivery and replacement of the ARST system in the 220/110kV Blachownia substation, divided into two Tasks: a) Delivery and replacement of the ARST system in the 220/110kV Blachownia substation. b) Delivery and replacement of the MicroSCADA system servers in the 220/110kV Blachownia substation. 2) A detailed definition of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the Technical Specifications and Part IV of the Technical Specifications. 3) Pursuant to art. 101 sec. 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the Technical Specifications using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Act, if they make it possible to obtain features or parameters not worse than those cited. Pursuant to art. 101 sec. 5 of the Act, a Contractor who relies on solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act. 4) The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate, in the offer, the parts of the contract the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and that the Contractor provide the company names of the subcontractors, if they are already known. 5) Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 438 of the Act in conjunction with Art. 134 sec. 2 item 14 of the Act, the requirements regarding the obligation to employ employees are specified in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ.
