1. Delivery of instrument transformers for the task: Extension of the 400/110 kV Gdańsk Błonia substation together with the installation of reactive power compensation devices – task 1. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the Specification of the Subject Matter of the Order. 3. The Ordering Party will reject the offer on the basis of art. 393 paragraph 1 item 4) of the Act, in which the share of products, including software used in telecommunications network equipment, originating from European Union Member States, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which, by virtue of a Council decision, the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply, does not exceed 50%. 4. Order completion date: no longer than 19.07.2027 from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, taking into account the intermediate dates indicated in table no. 3 in point 3.5 of the Specification of the Specification of the Subject Matter of the Order. Due to the fact that the order in question constitutes investor deliveries of instrument transformers for the task entitled "Extension of the 400/110 kV Gdańsk Błonia substation together with the installation of reactive power compensation devices", thus includes the delivery included in the schedule of construction works for the task "Extension of the 400/110 kV Gdańsk Błonia substation together with the installation of reactive power compensation devices", therefore it must be completed within a specified time. The Ordering Party explains that in this public procurement procedure it is not possible to set a deadline in days, weeks, months or years in accordance with art. 436 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. | 1.
