Numbering consistent with the ToR 3.1. The subject of the order is services regarding the Central Application (AC) in the scope of: a) development; b) administration and removal of faults and errors; c) User support and provision of the Helpdesk service. 3.2. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject, scope, and conditions of implementation of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR - Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) and its annexes. 3.3. For the purposes of preparing offers, the ordering party will make the AC documentation available for review, i.e.: "AC User Documentation", "AC Technical Documentation", and the "AC Personal Data Scope", constituting Appendix No. 3 to the personal data processing agreement (Appendix No. 8 to the PPU). The documentation will be made available via the Platform at the contractor's written request.
