The subject of the order is the provision of services regarding the ISOK system, within the scope of: 1. Service 1: technological modernization of the ISOK System; consisting in the modernization and production launch of the modernized ISOK System on a new hardware and system environment provided by the Ordering Party together with the transfer of business software (not subject to replacement) and ensuring its correct operation, 2. Service 2: development of the ISOK System consisting in the execution and implementation of ISOK System Modifications resulting from the needs and functional requirements of Users; The service will be performed on the basis of Orders, 3. Service 3: until the completion of Service 1 - administration consisting in the Maintenance of the ISOK System together with the hardware and system platform in accordance with the terms of the OPZ; after the completion of Service 1 - Maintenance of the ISOK System, in accordance with the terms of the OPZ, 4. Service 4: Technical Assistance for Users as part of the provision of the Helpdesk service; The service will be performed on the basis of Notifications.
