1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of an extruder along with a granulation line as part of the project entitled "Cytisine in the development path of a new extended-release medicinal product in the treatment of nicotine addiction" for the University of Rzeszów. 2. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in the description of the subject of the order (DPO), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR: 1) The proposed devices must be new, unused, free from defects, and their technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR. 2) The Ordering Party accepts the submission of equivalent offers. Wherever the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by indicating trademarks, patents, or references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications, and/or technical reference systems, the Ordering Party accepts solutions equivalent to those described. The Ordering Party's intention was to present a "type" of product that meets the Ordering Party's requirements. Equivalent solutions proposed by the Contractor will have at least the same or better technical and functional parameters, at least to the extent described by the given trademark or standard, and will not lower the standards specified by the Ordering Party. The term "equivalence" of the solution specifically refers to: an indication that the offered solution has at least the same or better technical parameters and functional quality characteristics – described by the given standard or mark – that relate to the functional values of the subject of the contract, appropriate to the material, component, or product used, such as: functionality, efficiency, strength, durability, resistance, ease of use, safety, comfort of use, standard of finish, and characteristics that describe the physical properties of the subject of the...
