1. The subject of the order is the supply of disposable laboratory equipment and laboratory reagents, along with the lease of measurement and research equipment - part No. 1 - pipette tips. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including information on the required technical and operational parameters, the type of analyses, and the number of markings, is set out in Appendix No. 1, which constitutes an integral part of the Technical Specifications, in which the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the manufacturer's name, model/type, catalog numbers, and other data (depending on the part) of the subject of the order offered by the Contractor. 3. The offered subject of the order must be admitted to trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974) and European Union directives (in accordance with art. 26 of the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). 4.
