The subject of the contract is group life insurance, which will be available to employees employed by the Ordering Party under an employment contract, regardless of the duration of the legal relationship between the Ordering Party and the employee. An individual working under a civil law contract (contract personnel) will also be considered an employee, regardless of the duration of the contractual relationship. Therefore, such an individual will be eligible to participate in the group life insurance contract. Spouses, life partners, and adult children (over 18 years of age) of the Ordering Party's employees may also participate in the group life insurance contract, provided that the employee has previously subscribed to the insurance. These employee family members will be eligible for the insurance subgroup of their choice, regardless of the one selected by the employee who registered them. The Contractor will not condition the coverage of spouses, life partners, and adult children on reaching a specified minimum number (there is no required participation level for spouses, life partners, and adult children).
