1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment for medical rehabilitation for oncology patients for the Rehabilitation Department of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, including: 1) delivery and installation of a set for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs – Part 1; of the types specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as "swz", meeting the quality parameters specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Swz and under the terms specified in the draft contract provisions constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Swz. 2. Delivery of the subject of the contract, including transport, unloading, and installation, will be at the Contractor's expense and risk. 3. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the multi-annual program "National Oncology Strategy" under the task "Purchase of equipment for medical rehabilitation for oncology patients 2025". The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds it intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded. | 1.
