A detailed description of the order regarding the product range and quantity is provided in Appendix 3 to the tender specifications (which also serves as a spreadsheet for preparing the quote), respectively for each part of the procedure – which constitute an integral part of the tender specifications. The quantities provided are estimated requirements for a 12-month period. The Ordering Party reserves the right to refrain from purchasing some items due to lack of demand for a given product range or to reduce demand. NOTE! 1. The estimated quantities of the medicinal products supplied specified in Appendix 3 may change during the contract term, while maintaining the unit price, provided that the contract value is not exceeded. The final quantity of the aforementioned items ordered will result from the ordering party's actual needs during the contract term. 2. The shelf life of the supplied medicinal products cannot be shorter than 1 year. The delivery of drugs with a shorter shelf life will be made after obtaining the ordering party's consent. 3. All medicinal products must have a drug registration (marketing authorization) in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Law or medical device status within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act. For each medical device, upon the Ordering Party's request, the Contractor shall provide a declaration of conformity.
