Poland – Medical practice services – Świadczenie usług zdrowotnych w okresie 24 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy, nie wcześniej niż od dnia 01.01.2026 r., zgodnie z postanowieniami SWZ

1. The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of healthcare services for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no earlier than January 1, 2026, covering the following services: 1) Provision of on-site medical care and medical coverage as part of the Mine Rescue Service for persons performing activities on the Ordering Party's premises. 2) Conducting physical fitness and capacity tests for candidates for employment. The place of performance of this service is to be located within 20 km of the Ordering Party's registered office. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is included in Part III of the Technical Specifications for the Subject of the Procurement. 3. This procurement is a utilities procurement within the meaning of Article 7 item 35) of the Public Procurement Law.
