1. The subject of the order is a delivery consisting in the purchase and delivery of measuring, optical and diagnostic instruments divided into parts: Part 1 – Valves; Part 2 – Hooks for borescope inspection; Part 3 – Calipers; Part 4 – Pressure gauges; Part 5 – Pressure gauge 8993186-829-FF 6000PSI; Part 6 – Optical lens T61120FF; Part 7 – Optical lens XLG3T61120FG; Part 8 – Eddy current probe. The type, quantity, and quality requirements of the ordered goods are included in the Price Form – Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications and the Description of the Subject of the Order – Appendix No. 5 to the Technical Specifications; 3. The subject of the order should be delivered in original, individual manufacturer's packaging – if applicable. 4. The Ordering Party expects that deliveries will be made successively in accordance with the Contractor's logistical capabilities. 5. The manufacturer's warranty will apply to measuring instruments. The Contractor is obligated to provide the Ordering Party with warranty documents for the delivered goods, if any are provided by the manufacturer. For goods for which the manufacturer does not specify a warranty period, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. 6.
