1. The subject of the order is: Delivery, assembly, and installation of brand new furniture for Student Dormitory No. 4 at the Lublin University of Technology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications – Description of the Subject of the Order (TSO). 3. Whenever the subject of the order is described by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party accepts solutions equivalent to those described. Any proper names used in the descriptions of the subject of the order define the minimum acceptable quality standard for the subject of the order. It is permissible to present equivalent solutions in the offer, i.e., to propose products that have at least the same quality, performance, and utility characteristics as the products indicated by the Ordering Party, and whose values are no worse than those described in the Technical Specifications. The Contractor is obligated to demonstrate that the subject of the order it offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
