Poland – Natural gas – WYKONANIE KOMPLEKSOWEJ DOSTAWY GAZU ZIEMNEGO WYSOKOMETANOWEGO TYPU E NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY KRAŚNIK

The subject of this order is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE TYPE E NATURAL GAS FOR THE KRAŚNIK MUNICIPALITY PURCHASING GROUP for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications. The gas will be supplied under an agreement containing provisions for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications. The gas will be supplied under an agreement containing the provisions of a sales agreement and an agreement for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, the Civil Code, and any implementing regulations issued thereunder. The Municipality of Kraśnik and the entities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender for the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE TYPE E NATURAL GAS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE KRAŚNIK MUNICIPALITY PURCHASING GROUP for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The gas will be supplied on the basis of an agreement containing provisions. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of agreements by the Municipality and its organizational units is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement available for inspection at the Ordering Party’s registered office), on behalf of: • Annopol Commune • Dzierzkowice Commune • Gościeradów Commune • Krasnystaw Commune • Lubartów Commune • Lubenia Commune • Trzydnik Duży Commune • Urzędów Commune • Wilkołaz Commune • City of Kraśnik • Kraśnik County as well as with the organizational units indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Order – comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ: Estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2027 is 31,191,406.00 kWh.
