1. Maintenance of flood embankments within the Elbląg River Basin Management Area. Part of contract No. 1: NW Elbląg - Markusy commune, Elbląg, Rychliki, Dzierzgoń, Malbork, Sztum, Stary Targ, Stare Pole. The subject of this contract is the performance of services in 2025, divided into stages, consisting of: - mechanical mowing of lichens from the slopes and crest of the flood embankments using a flail mower without raking, i.e., with fragmentation of the swath; - shrub removal with chipping. This task involves the performance of services in stages. The work is to be performed successively across the entire width of the embankment. Lichens should be mowed to a height of approximately 5 cm. Stage I - Initial mowing of the slopes and crest of the flood embankments. Stage II - Second mowing of the slopes and crest of the flood embankments, and shrub removal and chipping. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the terms of contract performance are specified in: - OPZ for Part 1 of the order – Appendix 1 to the SWZ, - PPU – Appendix 8 to the SWZ. 2. Contract validity period: up to 6 months from the date of contract signing. The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed within the following deadlines: Stage I (mowing) – up to 45 calendar days from the date of handover of the site to the Contractor, Stage II (mowing, felling) – up to 45 calendar days from the date of handover of the site to the Contractor. Detailed information regarding the handover of the sites and the deadlines for completion of individual works as part of the service are included in the OPZ and PPU. | 1.
