1. The subject of the contract is: “Increasing the retention capacity of the Alina River by repairing the culvert with damming at km 6+263 and the Janka River by repairing the culvert with damming at km 0+169.” 2. The contract covers maintenance work on water facilities: repair of damming structures in 2025 within the area of operation of the Water Supervision Authority in Gołdap, in the municipalities of Kowale Oleckie and Gołdap. 3. The subject of the contract is to increase the retention capacity of the river basin by repairing the culvert with damming on the Alina River at km 6+263 and the Janka River at km 0+169. 4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the simplified documentation for the provision of services for the maintenance of public inland surface waters and water facilities - Appendix 6 to the SWZ and in the guidelines for the execution and acceptance of works - Appendix 7 to the SWZ.
