1) The subject of the order is the delivery of one (1) BGP router. A detailed description of the subject of the order (DPO) is provided in Appendix 8 to the ToR. The subject of the order must come from a legal source and be intended for use in Poland. 2) The description of the subject of the order (DPO) is not subject to interpretation. If the Contractor considers the specification/DPO unclear, incomplete, imprecise, or incorrect, the Contractor is obligated to inquire before submitting the offer. 3) The features required in the DPO/specification are minimum parameters. 4) The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 36 months.
