Poland – Network equipment – Dostawa, wdrożenie i utrzymanie infrastruktury sieciowej SD-WAN na potrzeby sieci WAN dla Poczty Polskiej S.A.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of leasing of SD-WAN Devices, implementation and maintenance of the SD-WAN System for Poczta Polska S.A. for the purposes of WAN PP. 2. The subject of the order, in its basic scope, is in particular: 2.1 SD-WAN System Implementation Work, including in particular: a) conducting a Pre-Implementation Analysis; b) development of Documentation, in particular the Implementation Project; c) delivery, installation and configuration of SD-WAN Devices, the Central Management and Login System and the Monitoring System; d) workshops and presentations regarding the Central Management and Login System, the Monitoring System and SD-WAN Devices for persons indicated by the Ordering Party; e) creation of a Warehouse Stock in the locations specified in Appendix No. 11 to the draft agreement - Warehouse Stock; f) other services described in the Agreement and the DSC; 2.2 Leasing of SD-WAN Devices on the terms specified in the Agreement and the General Leasing Terms, under which: a) the Ordering Party is obligated to pay Lease Fees for the delivered SD-WAN Devices based on the procedure and principles specified in Appendix No. 13A to the draft agreement [Procedure and principles for calculating Lease Fees]; b) the Contractor is obligated to deliver and hand over for use, install and configure unused, brand new SD-WAN Devices together with the Central Management and Logging System, Monitoring System and software licenses; 2.3 Provision of Services within the scope specified in the draft agreement, constituting Appendix No. 11 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference, and the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference and in the draft agreement, constituting Appendix No. 11 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference.
