1) The subject of the order is the collection and further management of material for the production of alternative fuel with code 19 12 10 – combustible waste (alternative fuel) in the quantity of approximately 2,500 Mg. The offered waste management method must comply with the applicable legal provisions and the recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023 item 1587 as amended). 2) Unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 06), plastic packaging waste (code 15 01 02) and paper and cardboard packaging waste (code 15 01 01) are used to produce the material for alternative fuel. The waste consists primarily of plastic waste – including PE, PP, and paper and cardboard waste. The material for the production of alternative fuel will be compressed and bound with steel wire. The dimensions of a bale of compressed waste are approximately 80 x 100 x 150 cm. The average weight of one bale of waste is approximately 330 kg. The calorific value of the fraction has a heat of combustion greater than 6 MJ/kg of dry matter. 3) The waste is generated at the BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. Waste Management Plant in Żywiec, at 2 Kabaty Street. 4) The subject of the contract also includes the service of transporting the above-mentioned waste to the installation operated by the Contractor. 1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste coded 19 12 12 (oversize fraction) – i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 – from BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec, at 2 Kabaty Street. 2) Waste coded 19 12 12 comes from the mechanical processing of mixed municipal waste. The process line consists of belt conveyors, a disc sieve, a sorting cabin, a ferrous metal separator, and an optoelectronic sorter.
