1. The subject of the contract is the collection and further management of waste with code 20 02 01 – biodegradable waste in the amount of approximately 1,250 Mg. The offered waste management method must be consistent with applicable legal provisions in this respect and the R3 recovery process specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 2. The waste comes from selective municipal waste collection. The waste covered by the subject of the contract does not have properties that make it hazardous waste. The waste will be prepared for collection in bulk and in bags. 3. The waste collection location is the transfer station operating on the premises of BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o., 34-300 Żywiec, Kabaty Street 2. 4. The subject of the contract also includes the service of transporting the above-mentioned waste to the installation owned by the Contractor.
