The Contractor, at its discretion, may submit an offer for one or all parts of the subject of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the annexes to the Technical Specifications (Descriptions of the Subject of the Order, Contract Designs). Deliveries must be made by appropriate means of transport and secured for transport. The delivered products must be labeled with appropriate instructions for use, product descriptions, and (original) labels in Polish. The offered subject of the order must be brand new, approved for sale in the EU, complete, and free from technical and legal defects. It must also include the manufacturer's name and the necessary markings required by regulations (CE). Furthermore, both the subject of the order and its original packaging must contain all other markings required by current regulations, if any. The Contractor is responsible for training the Ordering Party's personnel in the operation and use of the subject of the order. This training is to be confirmed in the equipment handover protocol.
