1. The subject of the order is the rental of tent halls and a comprehensive service in the scope of providing portable kitchen equipment – kitchen containers – for units exercising on the training ground, performed by the 16th Military Group. 2. Aspects of the service implementation and technical and technological requirements are included in the description of the subject of the order and the draft agreement (annexes to the Technical Specifications). 3. To perform the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employ, under an employment contract concluded at least for the duration of the order, experienced employees who are available and familiar with the topography of the area, performing direct activities involving, among others, transport, setup (of halls, containers), and daily cleaning and technical maintenance. In accordance with the above regulation, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the fulfillment of this obligation by subcontractors. The employed employees are obliged to perform specific tasks under the supervision of the employer. The Ordering Party states that the service implementation process involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22, paragraph 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labor Code 4.
