1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the software testing laboratory, hereinafter referred to as the product range. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 1.1 to the Technical Specifications. 2. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to complete a description of the offered product range in accordance with the requirements specified in the template – Appendix 2 to the Technical Specifications (offer form). The Ordering Party requires that the description of the offered product range indicate the manufacturer and model or other data clearly identifying the offered product range, as well as clearly indicate the actual parameters of the offered product range in the table. The description of the offered product range constitutes an integral part of the offer and does not require supplementation. If a description of the offered product range is not provided, or data clearly identifying the offered product range or its parameters is not provided, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Article 226, paragraph 1, item 5 of the Act. 3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit the following evidence together with the offer: a) Printouts from the GEEKBENCH tests (https://geekbench.com/) confirming that the offered desktop computer achieves the following tests: CPU performance: - Minimum 2650 points (single core) in the GeekBench 6 test - Minimum 20800 points (multi-core) in the GeekBench 6 test and GPU performance: - Minimum 205000 points (API: Metal) in the GeekBench 6 test - Minimum 117000 points (API: OpenCL) in the GeekBench 6 test - Minimum 7500 points (framework: Core ML Neural Engine) in the GeekBench ML test - Minimum 8000 points (framework: Core ML GPU) in the GeekBench ML test (applies only to item no. 1 – desktop computer in task no. 1) b) Evidence, in particular the evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, confirming that the solutions proposed by...
