Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – DOSTAWA ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ DLA 19 JEDNOSTEK ORGANIZACYJNYCH GMINY LEGIONOWO

1. The subject of this order is the supply of electricity for municipal buildings administered by KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o., buildings of KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o. and for 18 organizational units of the Legionowo Commune listed in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ 2. The estimated electricity demand in the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027 is 4,654,070 kWh. 3. As part of the implementation of point 1, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to: 1) notify PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch, Marsa 95, 04-470 Warsaw, PKP Energetyka S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Hoża 63/67 00-681 Warsaw, of the execution of the electricity sales agreement concluded with the Contractor, 2) represent the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the agreement for the provision of distribution services. 4. The above activities are performed based on a power of attorney, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the draft agreement, regarding the list of facilities, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft agreement (Appendix No. 1, Supplements No. 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ). 5. The Contractor must have a concluded and valid General Distribution Agreement with the local System Operator.
