1.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products containing the active substance dupilumab (Dupixent 300 mg solution for injection in a pre-filled syringe) for the implementation of a non-commercial clinical trial: "The use of dupilumab in the treatment of indolent systemic mastocytosis with skin involvement - MAnaskin" as part of the call for head-to-head studies in the scope of non-commercial clinical trials or research experiments - edition 2 of the Medical Research Agency (ABM). 1.2. The Medical University of Gdańsk acts as the Sponsor of the non-commercial clinical trial (in accordance with the assumptions of Good Clinical Practice, GCP). 1.3. The order consists of a basic order and an order covered by the following options: 1.3.1. BASIC ORDER Successive delivery - dupilumab (Dupixent 300 mg solution for injection in pre-filled syringe) – 45 packs x 2 pre-filled syringes. 1.3.2. ORDER COVERED BY AN OPTION Successive delivery - dupilumab (Dupixent 300 mg solution for injection in pre-filled syringe) – 252 packs x 2 pre-filled syringes. 1.3.3. Orders covered by an option are orders that the Ordering Party will use in the event of a high level of recruitment of study participants. 1.3.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to execute the order under the option right, in part or in full. The Contractor will not make any claims against the Ordering Party in this respect. 1.3.5. A detailed description of the Option Right is included in § 4 of the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Appendix No. 4.1. to SWZ. | 1.1.
