1. The subject of the contract is: "SUCCESSIVE DELIVERY OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS." By "successive delivery of pharmaceutical products," the Ordering Party understands the periodic delivery of pharmaceutical products during the contract period, in accordance with orders placed by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the contract into 77 packages (parts). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annexes 3 and 3a to the ToR. The Contractor may submit offers for individual packages. Each package must be offered in its entirety; missing any item will result in the offer being rejected as incomplete. Each Package will be evaluated separately, which means that the tender process for each Package may be awarded to another Contractor. The Ordering Party will award the contract to the Contractor whose offer meets the requirements specified in the ToR and is deemed the most advantageous, i.e., receives the highest number of points based on the specified evaluation criteria.
