Poland – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – „Zagospodarowanie zielenią terenów miejskich w ramach Zielonego Budżetu miasta Katowice - Część 5”

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services entitled: "Greenness management of urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the city of Katowice - Part 5" 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Task No. 1 (in the basic subject of the contract): performance of a service consisting in greenery management of urban areas in seven Locations indicated in the Specifications of Technical Specifications. 2) Task No. 2 (service covered by the option right): a) maintenance and care of the developments completed in the period from April 15, 2026 - October 15, 2026 in the Locations indicated in the Specifications of Technical Specifications; in accordance with the attached design and cost estimate documentation for individual Locations, b) maximum value of the option right – PLN 22,563.08, c) The Ordering Party makes the exercise of the option right conditional on the financial capabilities allowing for their implementation. 3. The subject of the contract for Task No. 1 assumes the performance of services for individual locations in accordance with the design scopes and the provided bills of quantities and includes, among others: 1) clearing and preparing the area for planting, 2) dismantling of surfaces, 3) installation of small-scale elements, 4) planting plants, finishing and maintenance works, 5) installation of small-scale elements. 4. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract for Task No. 1 and the requirements related to its execution are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), containing designs for individual Locations, including: 1) Bills of Quantities, 2) Technical descriptions, 3) Technical drawings: PZT and PW, 4) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. 5. The detailed scope of services for Task No. 2 and the method of their execution can be found in the design documentation.
