Poland – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – BIEŻĄCE UTRZYMANIE, PIELĘGNACJA PARKÓW MIEJSKICH I UTRZYMANIE CHODNIKÓW DO NICH PRZYLEGAJĄCYCH

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the maintenance and care of urban parks and the maintenance of adjacent sidewalks, including: - cleaning of assigned green areas, maintaining the cleanliness of sidewalks and paths located within green areas and waste removal, - grass mowing with and without removal of the mown grass, - leaf removal, - maintenance work within the woodlots such as sanitary and corrective pruning, - removal of deadwood, pruning of crowns, removal of trees, removal of windfalls, - pruning of ornamental shrubs, their care, pruning to form hedges, - weeding of planted shrubs, perennials and annual flowering bedding plants, - planting of trees, shrubs, perennials and annual flowering bedding plants, - prevention and control of plant diseases and pests, - resurfacing of dog runs, - maintaining the cleanliness of fountains located in parks outside the operating season, - maintenance of greenery around the gazebo and fountain and on the gazebo in the Park. Youth Park, - maintaining the cleanliness and order of the gazebo facility in the Youth Park, - supervision and maintenance of the water supply system supplying the wells for watering the plants and drinking fountains. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, together with a list of the areas, is included in Appendix 11 to the Technical Specifications.
