1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new, unused portable computers for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, up to a maximum of 4,820 pieces (3,950 pieces in the basic order (Stage One - Basic) and up to a maximum of 870 pieces in the optional order (Stage Two - Optional)), from one manufacturer, one brand and the same type, the same model, with installed Software and with the minimum parameters and functionalities specified in the Technical Specification constituting Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract together with the appendices constituting Appendix No. 6.1 to the Technical Specifications. 2. The optional order (Stage Two - Optional, referred to in § 2 sec. 3 of the Delivery Order) will be completed within 21 calendar days of the submission to the Contractor of the Delivery Order, prepared in writing or electronically, according to the template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Delivery Order. The Ordering Party may submit Delivery Orders multiple times, but no later than within 3 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of Equipment in Stage Two - Optional, or to completely cancel Stage Two - Optional, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. 4. Failure by the Ordering Party to deliver the Delivery Order, prepared in written or electronic form, to the Contractor within the time specified in point 2 shall be equivalent to the Ordering Party's cancellation of the optional order (Stage Two - Optional). 1.
