1. The subject of the contract is the provision of bus driving services for public transport, on routes determined according to the Client's needs, within the Silesian Voivodeship, for a maximum of 5,500,000.00 vehicle-kilometers during the contract term. The provided number of vehicle-kilometers is an estimate and may change during contract execution. The Client guarantees at least 60% completion of the contract. 2. The Contractor must assign at least 50 drivers on weekdays and 50 drivers on days off, possessing qualifications required by law to transport passengers by public transport buses. 3. The description of the subject of the contract is specified in the general terms and conditions of the contract - point 16 of the Technical Specifications.
