The subject of the order is: 1. delivery of 3 (three) brand new, unused, completely low-floor/low-entry single-unit EV buses, MINI class (2 pcs.) and MIDI class (1 pcs.) to a location indicated by the Ordering Party, with technical specifications in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order, adapted to transport disabled persons, together with additional equipment, software and documentation. 2. design of the foundation and connection, obtaining a building permit and exercising author’s supervision over construction works related to the construction of the necessary infrastructure for the delivery and installation of 3 brand new plug-in chargers, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order, as well as delivery, assembly, connection and first start-up of: - 2 brand new wired stationary plug-in chargers (2 two-station chargers), with the parameters and functional and operational features described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order; - 1 brand new wired plug-in charger (single-station), with the parameters and functional and operational features described in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications – Description of the Subject Matter of the Order. *EV buses (hereinafter also "electric buses" or "buses") – for the purposes of this procedure, defined as buses within the meaning of Art. 2 item 41 of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law, using exclusively electric energy accumulated by connecting to an external power source, in accordance with Art. 2 item 12 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels.
