1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the stormwater management system - stage III" (TASK No. 5 covering the construction of a retention reservoir with accompanying infrastructure and reconstruction of the stormwater sewage system in Olsztyn within Kusociński Park), in accordance with the assumptions of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) program for 2021-2027 and the design documentation made available by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted procedure /CPV code: 45232454-9; 45232130-2; 45111291-4; 45310000-3; 45311100-1/. 2. The contract is being awarded in parts, each of which will be the subject of a separate procedure, in accordance with art. 91 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, its size and scope are specified in the Specification of Terms of Reference and in the annexes to the Technical Specification of Terms of Reference. 4.
