1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an external cold chamber, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The order includes: 1) delivery, assembly, and commissioning of the equipment, 2) training of at least one employee of the Ordering Party in the operation of the equipment. The Contractor is obligated to conduct the training no later than the date referred to in Chapter IV of the ToR. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 42513200-7 (Refrigeration equipment). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 6 to the ToR. 5. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Social Sciences building, 80-309 Gdańsk, Bażyńskiego Street 4. 6. The Ordering Party requires a 12-month warranty for the subject of the order. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.
