Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy na terenie Miasta Wojkowice

1. Collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (emptying containers of municipal waste and transporting this waste to management sites) and its management (recovery or disposal), 2. Collection and management of waste from selective waste collection directly from residential properties and selective waste collection points, including the following types of waste: - selectively collected bio-waste, - selectively collected glass waste, - selectively collected paper waste, - selectively collected metal and plastic waste along with packaging and multi-material waste, - expired medicines and chemicals, including paints, solvents, waste oils, - used batteries and accumulators, - used electrical and electronic equipment, - construction and renovation waste, - bulky waste, - used tires, - textiles. 3. Equipping residential properties with containers and bags for municipal waste, starting August 18, 2025: - in accordance with the applicable regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Wojkowice Commune; - in accordance with the applicable resolution on specifying the detailed method and scope of services provided for the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners in the Wojkowice Commune, in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owners. 4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to the Technical Specification of Waste, available on the website of the ongoing procedure.
