1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties within the Lipowiec Kościelny commune. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obligated to: a) Collect, transport, and manage waste - from residential property owners (collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and collection of selectively collected waste - from bags/containers), including collection of bulky waste, textile and clothing waste, used tires, and used electrical and electronic equipment in the form of mobile collection in front of the property; - from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Lipowiec Kościelny on plot no. 835/11; b) Equip the pharmacy located within the Lipowiec Kościelny commune with an appropriate container for expired medications and collection points for used batteries (schools, Commune Office), from which it will then collect and manage them in any quantity. The contractor is obligated to provide six containers for the selective collection of used batteries. c) Collect and manage waste collected at playgrounds located in each locality. d) Provide (free of charge) bags for the selective collection of municipal waste to residential property owners.
