1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Łabunie commune from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, in a manner ensuring the achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste of at least 45% by weight for 2024, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 3, 2021, on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling to the level specified in applicable regulations. 2. The service will cover residential properties in 13 towns: Łabuńki Pierwsze, Mocówka, Barchaczów, Bródek, Dąbrowa, Łabuńki Drugie, Łabunie, Wólka Łabuńska, Ruszów, Ruszów-Kolonia, Wierzbie, Majdan Ruszowski, and Łabunie-Reforma. 3. The estimated number of residential properties from which municipal waste will be collected is approximately 1,693; ash from home furnaces will be collected from approximately 630 properties located in all towns, and biodegradable waste will be collected from approximately 60 properties. The number of properties is estimated. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of properties. Their number may increase or decrease during the execution of the contract as a result of new buildings being occupied or depopulated. 4. For the purposes of submitting the offer, the Ordering Party estimates the approximate mass of municipal waste to be collected and managed during the contract period, i.e. from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024, at a total level of 418.229 Mg: - 205.0 Mg of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, - 213.229 Mg of sorted waste, including: 18.200 Mg of bio-waste.
