1. The subject of the contract includes: Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction > 80 mm), i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste, generated on the premises of the Municipal Waste Management Plant Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Rzędów, divided into lots: Part 1: Collection and management of min. 4,000 Mg of waste with code 19 12 12 - estimated amount of waste intended for management: min. 4,000 Mg - max. 4,500 Mg. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the specified amounts of waste to indicative quantities and subject to change. The Ordering Party guarantees a minimum amount of waste of 4,000 Mg for each lot of the contract. 3. The Contractor will manage the waste in accordance with applicable legal provisions. 4. The waste covered by this order must be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions permitting the processing of this waste, in a manner consistent with applicable law. 5. Waste collection will take place using transport organized by the contractor and at its expense, including the costs of transportation and insurance for the duration of transportation and unloading. 6. Upon the delivery of the waste by the ordering party to the contractor, all benefits and burdens associated with it, as well as the risk of its accidental loss or damage, are transferred to the contractor. | 1.
