Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych z miejsc zamieszkałych i miejsc publicznych z terenu Gminy Suwałki

The subject of the contract is the collection and transport by the Contractor of: 1) municipal waste from the area of the Suwałki Commune, in particular: a) from inhabited properties, b) from properties on which there are summer houses and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, - hereinafter referred to as inhabited places. 2) municipal waste from public places located within the Suwałki Commune - hereinafter referred to as public places - in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) - hereinafter referred to as u.u.c.p.g., the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) - hereinafter referred to as u.o., the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122).
