The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from properties located in the Baboszewo Commune, inhabited properties and properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, waste delivered by residents to the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point, Mobile Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point and street bins in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship Masovian Voivodeship 2030, adopted by the Masovian Voivodeship Assembly, by Resolution No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025 and Resolution No. XIII.79.2025 of the Baboszewo Commune Council of August 22, 2025 on the adoption of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Baboszewo Commune (Annex No. 1 to the OPZ) and Resolution No. XXXIII.217.2021 of the Baboszewo Commune Council of October 18, 2021 on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner (Annex No. 2 to the OPZ), amended by Resolution No. LV.413.2023 of the Baboszewo Commune Council of November 13, 2023 (Annex No. 3 to OPZ), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and implementing acts to the aforementioned acts.
