1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service called "Collection, transport, and management of municipal waste from properties located in the Przykona commune," which includes the provision of municipal services consisting of the collection, transport, and management of municipal waste from residential properties and properties containing summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, as well as from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), in the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, in a manner consistent with applicable law. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the characteristics and approximate quantities of individual waste fractions, and a description of the contracting authority's requirements for the service are specified in: - A detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, - The draft provisions of the contract that will be incorporated into the contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
