The subject of the contract is the collection, transport, and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from property owners and bus stops within the Piątnica Commune, in accordance with the regulations, the WPGO (Waste Management Plan), the Waste Management Act (U.u.c.p.g.), and the Waste Act. The scope of the contract covers all residential properties located within the Piątnica Commune and public spaces where, in accordance with the U.u.c.p.g., the ordering party is obligated to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e., properties owned by the Piątnica Commune, including bus stops). The list of addresses of the properties from which waste will be collected (including properties where bio-waste is composted in home composters) will be provided by the Piątnica Commune to the contractor awarded the contract no later than 7 days after signing the contract. The number of residential properties from which municipal waste will be collected may change during the implementation of the contract. During the execution of the Order, the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with information necessary for the proper execution of the Agreement, in particular regarding changes in the number and location of residential properties subject to waste collection obligations. The Contractor will be obligated to complete the Order taking into account these changes within the proposed contract price.
