1. The subject of Lot No. 1 of the contract is the collection, transport, and management of waste from owners of residential properties within the Miedźno Commune. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport, and management of the entire municipal waste stream submitted by owners of properties located within the Miedźno Commune, where residents reside, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse, recycling, recovery using other municipal waste methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent for landfill. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the description contained in the Specification of Conditions of Use (SWZ), including the agreement (a template of which constitutes Appendix No. 9a to the SWZ) and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (a template of which constitutes Appendix No. 10a to the SWZ), as well as applicable law. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract consists of: a) the template of the contract - constituting Appendix No. 9a; b) the Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOP) - constituting Appendix No. 10a. 3. Specifying requirements for the contractor's or subcontractor's employment of individuals under an employment relationship: The ordering party requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ individuals under an employment relationship (employment contract) to perform activities specified by the ordering party within the scope of the order, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, as amended.
