Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych w Sektorze II Gminy Szemud oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych zlokalizowanego w Szemudzie

1. The subject of the contract is "Management of municipal waste from residential properties in Sector II of the Szemud Commune and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Szemud." The management covers waste previously collected directly from residential properties, transported to the transfer station, and accepted from the Municipal Waste Management Center (PSZOK). The Contractor will be responsible for managing municipal waste collected from property owners residing in the Szemud Commune and from Municipal Waste Selective Collection Points. 2. Sector II covers the western area of the commune, i.e.: the town of Kamień, Kieleńska Huta, Leśno, Kowalewo, Jeleńska Huta, Szemudzka Huta, Szemud, Grabowiec, Przetoczyno, Donimierz, Głazica, Łebieńska Huta, Częstkowo, Łebno, Będargowo, Zęblewo, including the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Szemud. Area of sector II – 12,893.46 ha. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the technical description, is set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
