The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties where municipal waste is generated, located within the Regimin commune, in a manner that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for appropriate use and recovery using other methods, and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill. 2.1 Collection and management of municipal waste (information): 2.1.1. mixed municipal waste; 2.1.2. municipal waste collected selectively, divided into: - metals and plastics; - paper and cardboard; - glass; - green waste (biowaste); 2.1.4. bulky waste and used electrical and electronic equipment from residential properties; 2.1.5. The Contractor will equip the municipal waste selective collection point (PSZOK) with appropriate containers, which is located within the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Targonie. The Ordering Party is responsible for the operation of the PSZOK. In the PSZOK, owners of residential and unoccupied properties will be able to leave: a) metals and plastics b) paper and cardboard c) glass d) chemicals, expired medications e) waste not classified as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring blood levels, in particular needles and syringes f) multi-material packaging g) used electrical and electronic equipment h) used batteries and accumulators i) used passenger car tires, j) furniture and other bulky waste, k) construction and demolition waste, l) ash, m) clothing and textiles, n) bio-waste; residents of residential properties – free of charge. 2.1.6. Waste collection equipment – containers, bins, bags – which will be placed in waste collection areas designated by the Ordering Party will be provided by the Contractor. 2.1.7.
