Poland – Refuse collection services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Żurawica wraz z zagospodarowaniem odpadów z PSZOK w 2026 roku

1. Collection, transport and management of unsorted waste (mixed, non-hazardous and neutral) and segregated waste from residential properties and public utility buildings owned by the Żurawica Commune from the following localities: Wyszatyce, Bolestraszyce, Buszkowiczki, Buszkowice, Żurawica, Orzechowce, Maćkowice, Batycze, Kosienice in 2026. 2. All activities must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with: 1) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2023.1587) 2) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2025.733) 3) the Act of 27 April 2001 - Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2025.647) 4) resolution no. XXV/188/20 Żurawica Commune Council of August 21, 2020 on the adoption of the "Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żurawica Commune", as amended 5) Resolution No. XXV/189/20 of Żurawica Commune Council of July 23, 2020 on determining the detailed method and scope of providing municipal waste collection and management services in exchange for a fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner, as amended 6) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) 3. Collection, transport and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste from segregation containers from multi-unit buildings located in the Żurawica Commune and from public buildings, as well as from roadside bins and bins located in other public places in the Żurawica Commune - approx. 90 pcs. and bins at bus stops - approx. 60 4. Collection of mixed and segregated waste will take place in accordance with the principles specified in the Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Żurawica Commune, adopted by Resolution No. XXV/189/20 of the Żurawica Commune Council of 21 August 2020, as amended. 5.
