1. The subject of the contract is: a) the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Świdnik, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Świdnik. b) providing residential properties with containers for collecting municipal waste and maintaining these containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly, and technical condition. c) providing two (maximum three) Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) and collection points with containers for collecting municipal waste and maintaining these containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly, and technical condition. 2. The number of properties covered by the contract is 3,047, including: a) multi-family properties – 373 b) single-family properties – 2,667 c) other developments (social welfare homes, parishes, etc.) – 7 3. As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor is obligated to equip residential properties in single-family developments with containers for collecting municipal waste within 5 days of signing the contract. a) The Contractor will deliver a single package of bags for the entire duration of the contract. b) One package of bags for selective waste collection is for each single-family household, unless more than one declaration has been submitted for a given property, in which case a package of bags will be delivered for each declaration for a given single-family property. c) One bag package will contain: - 28 blue bags for collecting paper and cardboard waste, - 56 yellow bags for collecting metal and plastic waste, including...
