The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) collection of municipal waste (including segregated waste) from owners of properties where residents live, a) number of residents in the Zator Commune who will be covered by the municipal waste collection service – as of August 12, 2025 – 8,500, including 825 people in multi-family buildings. b) number of properties with single-family buildings – 2,420, c) number of multi-family properties (blocks of flats) – 13, d) area of the Zator Commune – 51 km², e) total forecast amount of waste during the contract implementation period – 4,483.00 Mg. 2) collection of municipal waste from owners of properties where no residents live but municipal waste is generated, the number of properties where no residents live but municipal waste is generated – 230, in the summer season an additional 150 properties offering short-term rentals, 3) transport and transfer of municipal waste for management in accordance with applicable law, a) organizing the collection of renovation waste, bulky waste and green waste, kitchen waste, hazardous waste, electronic waste and tires as a substitute for running a selective waste collection point under the conditions specified in this Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract, b) mandatory documentation, including reporting within the scope and under the conditions specified in point 3.3) of this chapter of the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract, c) delivery of bags for collecting municipal waste in the assortment and quantity specified in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract, carrying out field inspections with the Contractor's vehicle together with the Ordering Party, 4) providing information services for residents related to the subject matter of the contract during the term of the contract, 5) operating a selective municipal waste collection point in Zator at 57B Wadowicka Street. 6) and performing other work necessary for the proper...
