The subject of the order is the servicing of Canon printing systems. The Ordering Party is awarding the order in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendices 1, 1.1., and 4 to the ToR, i.e., the Bid Form with the Product and Price Specification and the Draft Contract Provisions. The ORDERING PARTY does not permit partial bids. Justification: For organizational reasons, it is advisable to award the contract to a single CONTRACTOR. [Subjective Evidence] To confirm that the offered supplies meet the specific requirements, characteristics, or criteria necessary to conduct the procedure, the ORDERING PARTY requires the following evidence to be submitted with the offer: 1) a certificate from the machine manufacturer or a declaration from the machine manufacturer, or another document from the machine manufacturer - confirming authorization to provide servicing of the devices specified in the Product and Price Specification (Appendix 1.1 to the ToR). If the required evidence is not submitted or is incomplete, the CONTRACTING PARTY will request its submission or supplementation.
