Poland – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Obsługa Techniczna obiektów będących w użytkowaniu Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej w Warszawie

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in and on the premises of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw in the scope of technical support, in particular including: A. Technical support of the facilities, consisting in ensuring safe use, proper operation of the technical infrastructure, including the implementation of inspections, among others, arising from the Building Law, B. Technical emergency service - removing the effects of failures (excluding warranty repairs), C. Business support consisting in performing minor repair and maintenance work, D. Performance of services related to preparing the room for an event in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Ordering Party, including the arrangement of chairs, tables, blocking posts and other elements in accordance with the ordering party's instructions, moving furniture and equipment to the designated locations, and other physical work related to the preparation of the space. E. Support for exhibition and programming activities - reviewing exhibition scenography designs, monitoring the technical condition of elements of the Permanent Exhibition, Temporary Exhibitions, Occasional Exhibitions and events organized by the Ordering Party, participation in events to provide technical support. F. Fire service (“FIRE PROTECTION”) in the form of an employed authorized Firefighter. G. Transport of the Ordering Party’s consumables related to technical service stored in the warehouse at 10 Bardowskiego Street to the facilities covered by the subject of the contract.
